The Tax Department will no longer automatically mail Form ST-101, New York State and Local Annual Sales and Use Tax Return beginning with returns due March 22, 2010.
This change will reduce our printing and mailing costs.
Sales Tax Web File, one of our Online Services, allows you to file quickly and for free. It's secure, saves paper, and you'll receive online confirmation of your filing.
File returns electronically by visiting www.nystax.gov.
To file paper returns
If you can't take advantage of Sales Tax Web File, you can file a paper Form ST-101 by:
- Downloading sales tax forms from our Web site and mailing them to us;
- Calling 1 800 748-3676 and we'll fax you the forms; or
- Calling us at (518) 457-5431 and we'll mail the forms to you.
